Keeps breaking down for different reasons, poor support. In addition several internal features don't work such as apple car play and the boot sensor by way of example. I can understand a new car having problems but would expect the garage to sort these out and i have had difficulty in this regard. I am sorry to say but having previously had BMWs and a Mercedes i found both the vehicles and the service much better, particularly BMW.
